Franz Wolfhagen brings more than 25 years of specialized Identity and Access Management experience. His work spans architecture, modelling, implementation, integration and troubleshooting across identity governance, privileged access, directories and complex identity infrastructures.
As a former IBM Worldwide Subject Matter Expert, Franz has supported complex customer environments, high-impact technical situations and enterprise identity transformations. He also presents at IBM conferences and user group events on advanced integrations, observability and operational practices.
